I got mine off meek, when I got the head shaved, I got the lifters changed and rocker cover powder coated.
No more lifter noise

Okay I've finally done this and primed the lifters etc but I'm still getting a lot of chatter ... More then before . I've left the car running for 20 min still chatting away

Then it would be a good time to try the ProMa MBL8 and post your results

left the car idling didnt wanna drive it with that much noise but after about an hour she quietened down a heap. Will give it a couple of days and if still noisy ill defintly be looking to buy some ProMa MBL8, just gotta find a seller

I have found that sometimes when the lifters are left noisey for a while, the lifter bore wears to an oval shape. This could be the noise you have now.

Mbl8 will help. BUT seems to last about 3000 k when that is the issue

how did you prime the lifters? if you put them in at full extension the chatter will be valves bending....
