Phones from Hong Kong

Hey hey

I just got a new samsung D900 from Hong Kong, it works great aprt from WAP and MMS, which are both screwed as i think all the settings are reset to blanks? (does that make sense?)

I assume when you buy a phone here in OZ from Optus or the like they are already pre-programmed with all the details required to run MMS and WAP on their network.

What do I have to do to get the MMS and WAP to work?

usually they just send a text message with the settings to your phone and the phone loads it up

i bought a Nokia 3350 from Hong Kong and havent had any problems at all...

I work for optus, call 1300 300 937, just quiry it with them, chances are they will just post you through to mobile technical support, and they will either activate it from there end, or they will just tell you what to do.
