Bugger me, and ENGINR thought it had got outta hand when I just wanted to shoot a fictitious thief in the head. I should have started with "...when a gay, crack smoking, Russian pussy from Vegemite valley hacked my tube 8 account and stole $50...........I went all Oscar Pistorius on its arse."

yeah brisvr4 some of my post is fictitious while I was able to garner some private information. this was limited to name phone number and address which were just forwarded onto police. as much as I would have loved getting the rest it's not the case I was just going along with the thread in hindsight I should have posted "heres what I should/could have done."

the following is what I know to be true of the incident
in September of 2009 ( I rember quite well because this was a very very bad week for me (both my uncle and grandmother entered hospital never to leave)) my car a 1981 Honda accord was stolen from the street infront of my house they took the keys from a rack at the front door and left with my vehicle. contained inside was my uni laptop a 10" netbook. and some other private items.
the car was used for three days and involved in atleast 2 robbery's 1 of which was my university the other a local business when the car was recovered they were still driving it and it had 23 or so desktop computers in the boot. about six months later I got a call from the local constabulary that my laptop had been recovered at a local cashies so off I throttle to collect it. I get it home and perform a simple system restore this restored some basic files browser history and stored/saved site passwords th objective was not to obtain information but to hopefully recover some important files for my studies. later that week I was called into the police station to give my statement. where the information I gathered was handed over although they didn't realy need it since they already had the perp. about a week later I was called to appear in court showed up and was ready when the officer incharge of the case found me and said sorry mate not happenng today he didn't show for a preliminary hearing and as such the date has changed and he has a warrant. that was the last I heard of it.

I'm sorry that my post was misleading and not inline with the high standards of those here on 4gtuner

Amusing story, I presume it's fictitious because if it's real and you have been illegally taking money from a strangers account I wouldn't be posting about it on a Public forum. Especially being a moderator on said public forum.
Personally I think that if someone is stupid enough to not notice $50 missing every week then they probably deserve it. But as I am guessing that the story is fake that can't be the case can it...

I knew it sounded like a crock of shit.....
