So my prop shaft bearings and joints are screwed. I know I can get a driveshaft shop alloy shaft from the US, but it only replaces the first 2 sections. Anyone know my options for the rear section?

Although your tailshaft will probably be shorter than the Falcon alloy shaft, keep in mind Ford speed limit their models with these shafts to 180 km/h. They devlop bad harmoncs above this rotating speed and shake badly... leading to serious failures. The XR6 non speed limited models are equipped with steel shafts. You know Ford had issues with the alloy shafts, as the later E series models come with a pretty serious harmonic balancer by the yoke !

Jack...when you are ready for tailshaft. talk to me and I will have one built for you. there are some issues with using and alloy shaft for the base tho as they are hard to get straight in the conventional manner involving heat spots.

Just bought a drive shaft shop one lumpy is right repalce first 2 section with a one piece alloy one but you have to keep you 3rd section they say the angle is too dangerous to make a one piece for the vr4
