if in doubt just leave it plugged in with all the vac lines blocked.

if it is the purge valve for the carbon canister, i prefer to have it hooked up and operational. it only burns the fuel tank vapours when you are at cruise. if you block it off, you may need to vent the tank to atmosphere and then you are losing all of the fuel vapours by not keeping them in the system.

I try to have as good a fuel economy as i can

well you see guys i have the GSR carbon canister and the gas tank is already connected to the canister so i left it as the original way the GSR came all i did was use the vac lines from the TB and the other line wwent to the intake pipe from the AFM. problem is the engine is a evo 3 engine and the purge valve is not connected as it didnt come conected from japan , so i removed the vac lines which was just lying there, what should i do with this since i already connected the GSR canister already. even if i wanted to connect the evo 3 canister i dint know how to do it can someone post a pic ???

well i have that white canister looking thing but im more worried about the valve bolted on just below the throttle body, i will have to post a pic but im in the states now so hopefully next week , presently the car is starting but havent took it out for as spin yet so i dont know how this valve is going to affect everything. Basically i would like to connect it back originally or just leave it disconnected since i already utilized the GSR canister.
