Q: How to post in the WTB forum?

Wanted to ask for general advice on purchasing an Evo 8 / MR / 9 from a private/trader/importer but can't seem to.

Is there a trick?

if you wanted general advice General Automotive Discussion section would be a good place to start, as for the WTB/sell section I'm pretty sure its for donating members only to post in.

Yep as above, the Marketplace is for long time users or Donating Members only. With that said, it sounds like your questions could be asked elsewhere though!
