Ok guys, i've lost track of how many times the import laws have changed, so I have one question.

Might be going back to japan. Might be buying a car ( 1998 model STI foz ).

If i own it for a year, I can bring it back to aus, - But it's not road registrable is it? Only for track/race use yeah?

pleassseee help!

If you own it for 12 months or more, you are eligible to import it as a personal import, and it can be registered with a yellow plate for road use.

The only thing your not allowed to do is own an STI. You will loose all your mates, your girlfriend will leave you for your best mate, your balls will shrivel up and you will eventually turn ghey.

She will leave you for your best mate because he drives
A. Evo
B. V6TT Galant/Legnum
C. something more appealing and less common than a Rex with nice brakes.
