So over the weekend I put on my gsr front and rear Knuckles control arms calipers ect. All bolted on mint. Then today. I noticed the rear passenger side wheel is sitting in alot more than the drivers side. Alot more than I reckon a wheel alignment can could fix.

Why is this. They are both gsr.

Here are pics

id say you have a bent control arm mate... how did the lower adjusting bolts fit, are they both "aligned" similarly? a wheel alignment is definately recommended, but i doubt you would be able to move the wheel that much on the alignment

Yeah. They are straight. I market three spots in white out on all for adjustment bolts. So when I put them in they would be at the same spot.

On closer look I think it's actually the rear fiberglass bumper. Both wheels seem to sit same sistace from the top guard inwards

Wait so you are using gsr trailing arms and no gsr rear shafts/cups?

Nothing is holding the bearing/hub assembly together.

What do u mean. I took a closer lOok with wheel off. The top control arm is slightly bent. I'll put stock coupe one back on. They are the same by the looks of things. Everything else looks straight. Should explain why the wheel is on that angle.

The actual hub assembly itself needs the rear driveshaft in it and the big nut on the outside of it to hold it all together. Just like the front. If you can get shafts just use the outer cups while you are fwd.

The only bolt on way to go 4x114.3 is to use cj4a cyborg mirage rear hubs. You can possibly use CH lancer rears but not entirely sure.

ummm, as above! please tell me you havent just fitted the gsr rear trailing arms with the AWD hubs and no shafts?

Um. Yeah. Everyone said they are fine.

I'll put the shaft ends in. :)

The drivers side is fine. Just the passenger side that looks out. And I found the upper control arm us bent

Whoever said they are fine is kidding themselves... Seriously thats a ) taking a massive risk, and b ) definately not safe. The hub requires a shaft through it, and to be held together, the same as the fronts.

Just leave the cups on, it needs to be held on rather than relying on the bearing and 2 bolts to hold it in place

Alright. Trying to get cups off. Clips are easy and dOne. But can't seem to pop shaft out. Any tips people. I've pulled the gear box side on a front drive shaft out before. But this is different bearings by the looks of things. It just doesn't wanna pop

Cant you also use the Proton M21 rears which change it to 4x114.3 or are they 4x100?

you could use proton rears redrilled to 4x114.3 but that alot of effort to got to for somthing thats going to be cahnged not far down the track

Yes, this. Although the hub is pressed into the knuckle, there's still a chance it could come off as the spline cup holds both items firmly together.

Also, regarding your wheel alignment issue, double check your subframe isn't bent (the frame that's welded to the chassis, the lower control arms mount to it). Its easy to bend if you've accidentally gutter-planted your rear wheel.

Furthermore, you can have your rear 4x100 hubs redrilled to 4x114.3 and have the excess holes filled and machined flat.

To get the cap off the driveshaft you remove the metal clamp that holds the boot, then remove a circlip.

Alright people. All sorted. Put the cv cups in. :) wheel is still in a little but looking good. Thanks everyOne for ur help
