Bit of a a hard one...but im after some feedback peoples
I hit a gutter passenger side at the rear, the wheel looked as though it was in a bit..as in i could see it wasnt right...i replaced the whole control arm assembly.
Thanks to aurace for getting me some parts....anyway..same drama..wheel dont look any diff..i mean its straight but still sits in compard to the other one.and its been aligned.

My question is has anyone been in this position before..and could i have damaged the cradle,i mean, these things are a rally car, theyre strong right?
could it get that bad?i couldnt visually see a bent in the bad control arm, just a crack..thats why i replaced it.
Im sus on where the lower control arm bolts in near the diff,it just doesnt seem real solid there.

Thanks for any feedback.

Pull it up on a hoist and have a look underneath. The entire subframe is basically symmetrical so you will pick problems almost instantly. You really need the car up in the air however.

PS. How hard did you hit the gutter and what angle?
