Rebuilding a GSR Gearbox

Is the Release bearing a gearbox internal or again external? As the Box is presently being rebuilt by a workshop, but when its returned I shall be putting the box in myself so I need to work out what needs to be ordered, if you could give me a list of recommended parts to replace externally would be helpful. Or are those two the only real needed replacement parts?

The release bearing is an external part and is part of a new clutch kit if you are fitting one. You can buy it seperatly.
We also have many gearbox internal parts in stock if your workshop needs them. What damage did you do to your box?

I purchased a 2nd hand box which is being rebuilt.

The box i have in there atm spate 5th Gear out the end of the box.
