Recalls on parts.

Been reading about the transfer case in my car and apparently there was a recall, in order to find out if one has been done on my car which Mitsubishi dealer do i go to? One here or do I gotta ring Japan?

is it a jap spec, i would imagine you would have to call japan, there was a recall on galant transfer cases as well here in aus to fix the leaks

I wonder if it was the lifetime one like in the states... If so they can replace my leaky yoke

years ago tim, i don't know if it is a lifetime one, or just a 'whilst it's under warranty' type thing,

i just remember reading it somewhere when i was searching for a transfer case

I was checking that out at work and the only thing I could find was it was due to water entering the transfercase and it needed to be re-sealed, it would be easy to do
