Well while i am waiting for parts to arrive for my car, i need something to keep to entertained, so i bought a remote control helicopter

The 1st one i bought cost $40, was a 3 channel, updown, but forward and bak ward slowly... damm are they fun, im hooked

im now looking at goin to the 100 ones... 4 chanel and you can take em outsite....

i realy gota say anyone who has one or played with one will vouch.... they seem like no fun...untill you play with it....

yeah its real fun .. I bought one last year when I went to Hong Kong too .. Just the small little one to practice .. it cost only 20bucks over there hehe .. I got bored after a few month tho ..

anyhow, few months after I got myself a better one costs me around 240bucks (also buy from Hong Kong) .. this many buttons which you can input all different controls in .. this one does actually stay still in the air once you press one of the button .. it also does thing like tilt and rotate .. but with this one, unlike the small helicopter, when you crash it actually breaks ..

I still have some spare parts left so if anyone need parts for the helicopter feel free to ask ;)

i,ve gone from a PicoZ, two a twin blade counter rotating heli. then brought a 6 channel venom.

unfortunatly with the venom, its a bit big for the living room, and too light for outside, so i havent really had much time on it.

how ever, im dead set on getting a Walkera 4#3G in the next couple of weeks.

they are a heap of fun......mine is out of action for awhile. I got a bit carried away and took out a light fitting.

I had one i bought which was a 8channell i believe. Had your standard looking controls... Up/Down on left, Up/Down/Left/Right on the right, Couple of switches on the top etc etc etc.. Was LOTS of fun for the hour i played with it.. Blades were made of balsa wood so hitting bbq/fences ends the fun REAL quick.

I bought replacement parts and promptly sold it. I will be going back to Dirt cars. Petrol :) Cousin imports them if anyone is interested :)

My old boss spent $$$$ on his full carbon helicopter- only to keep on crashing it! (thats what you get when you fly it inside all the time!)

Ive got a Walkera DF#4 havent used it for ages since my daughter started moveing around, just cant keep her away from it. I need a new rotor shaft,i bent that when i crashed into my then brand new TV:mad:

That's why your meant to practice on the simulator for X amount of hours with your controls before taking to the air. lol

low_rb = Nitro cars. Just call it petrol as its a generic term. 5% - 30% nitro fuels etc etc etc..

I should really have GP cars (Gas Powered) :p

Im over nitros,i play with the big boy 1/5's these days:D

I've got a little foam one, which you can control up/down and that's it. Good fun inside. Got a big one free from work too, fully controllable every direction; about 40cm long. PPG (paint company) gave us like five. They even gave us spare rotors, which was good because within ten minutes of them arriving someone smashed blades off on the hoist. Lifts some weight too, but the camera set with a timer is just a little too heavy. :p

I bought one for $200 from a hobby shop.

Forward, Back, Tilt Left, Tilt Right, Go UP/Down, Do Circles left/right.

Dont fly them outdoors, some wind took it and it went flying alright.... still works, havnt used it really :S
