its a prick of a job.
for some reason after you convert to a 4G63 in a CB Lancer there is SFA room between the lower timming cover and the chassis.
i had to remove my lower pulley the other day and found a few helpful things.
there is two ways.
common to both ways,
jack front of the car up, support with axle stands, remove passenger wheel, remove the bung in the inner arch to expose the hole to access the crank pulley. 1/2" extension bar into the hole and bash with a hammer to line it up into the pulley bolt, get someone to stomp on the brakes while the car is in gear and loosen the crank bolt.
here is where the problem is, you cant get the bolt or pulley out because there isnt enough room to manover them.
first way (longest)
remove front and rear crossmember, jack the sump up, remove camblet engine mount, lower engine and remove pulley.
second way (funnist)
bash the inner guard hole out larger so you can push the pulley bolt through the chassis
