Removing Vent Mesh

Is it possible to remove the mesh on the third vent?

yeah its just 3 or 4 10mm nuts on the under side..

na i have it removed, im wanting to remove the mesh from the plastic that holds it. It is held by some weird clips

Yeah it is possible, but very difficult not to break the little plastic pins.

You need to pull the tabs on the clips away from the little pin and lift up.

can the clips be purchased if i do break them?

Just take it slow and be careful - you shouldn't break them, I've removed my bonnet mesh a couple of times and not had an issue. Worse case scenario and you do break them - you should be able to buy generic push pin type fasteners which will fit in the bonnet holes.
