Replacing the globes behind the A/c panel

Hey guys, as you can tell the photo, a few of my little globes have decided to blow behind my air con panel. ( the down button, fresh/blow around air, and whatever the other middle one was)

Has anyone changed these out ? before i go dismantling my dash only to find out they're something weird and obscure ?
