theres advertisements all over hot 4's etc...

wheels where taken back to frieght company on the way to work at 7 this morning... i rang the guy at 9.. and didnt want any answers just said
''the wheels on the way back and i want the money etc etc''
''the wheels were sent back pakaged as they came... and u can even ask the freight guy here''

he said ''the money will be refunded in my account as soon as the wheels arrive''... and he reckoned he was sorry... pfft the cockhead sent me cheap arse versions that he probably couldnt get rid of... and just tried his luck seeing if i would take them.... and it took me 3 weks to get that shit... im desperate for wheels but im not gonna accept the shit i payed $1550 for...

All is cleareing up so far, We just wait and see if i get my money back *fingers crossed*

never in my life have i met such a fucked mob of sales persons...
 
Go to Consumer of Fair Trading,it happened similiar thing to me and i rang consumer affairs 1 day later i had my money back.

i would also contact hot 4's magazine and let the editor know of the experience you had with said company. i am sure they dont want to be associated with a company offering such a low level of customer service.

as long as they keep paying Hot 4's for 2 paged adds in their mag, I don't really think they are going to care. Plus they prolly have a contract with the people for X' years or X' months...

Look at all the complaints they got about those porn adds and text stuff for your mobile... And they are still in the mag...

as long as they keep paying Hot 4's for 2 paged adds in their mag, I don't really think they are going to care. Plus they prolly have a contract with the people for X' years or X' months...

Look at all the complaints they got about those porn adds and text stuff for your mobile... And they are still in the mag...

Consumer affairs should help. If not, get your solicitor involved. I've always used my solicitor to F**k ppl up the legal way. That way, no body get hurt 8)

I personaly wouldnt deal with a buisiness in an over the phone manner as you have except when sending flowers to my girlfriend at work,
Anyway if you need wheels check out Bob Jane T marts, thats where my wheels came from, $1300 got me 17" wheels with tyres, fitted, with new wheel nuts and chrome metal valve caps, Balanced and a 4 wheel alignment. They are not the best wheels on the market but for that price I could'nt say no, I just can't wait till it's time to spend some money on a decent set of tyres!!
