does any know weather these will fit ce9a's or any issues anyone can see with running this size and offset?

I have no idea I've posted to find out weather anyone has tried this size and offset rather than a speculation if they do or not.

I saw these on tons of cars over sea's and on some models they do sit chunky but I'd rather say fill out the guards than hang out of the guards!.

theyll stick out too much, and wont clear your guards!

and theyre not ADR approved in Australia (=illegal) ....

Stock evo 3 offset is 46mm from memory and 10mm would make them stick out 36mm more (not counting the rim width, which would make it 1" out even more, so a total of 61mm!), which is bad, you loose negative scrub geometry and steering will be twitchy on bumps, dangerous when you get a flat, not to mention major guard scrapage.

If you are looking for rims, the deeper they go into the steering wells the better, hence why you see on mercs and BMW weird looking suspension arms that bend around the rim, to go in as deep as possible and get as much negative scrub. Deep dish rims look nice but are oh so rubbish for handling.
