RVR Td05 Big 20G Conversion

Just wondering if anyone has done a proper conversion to an RVR Big16G and upgraded the wheel to a 20G porting out the stock RVR housing.

If so, how was the performance increase and did you notice any real difference?

I wasn't aware he had done the 20G conversion. Well there you go!

It will be very close to a normal TD05H 20G MattL, apart from if they have back cut the exhaust wheel (which isnt a common mod in AU). With the slightly larger AR on the RVR compressor cover it will push the efficiency island of the compressor to the right with a 20g wheel, but only slighty.

I would expect maybe a 10-20cfm (5-15hp) max increase in flow over a normal 20g with very similar response and riveability.
