im using Falkens on my E1, i find them pretty sticky.. hey if u want a discount on ur tyres? find someone who is inn the defence force, they'll get u about a 10 - 15 % off.. Defence = Cheaper stuff

Nathan's (mate of mine) were at the wear indicators at 7000 kms. He then proceeded to write his car off... 205/40/17's.

I have tried the following 15" tyres on std vr4 rims.

Goodyear F1 - nothing special.
Yokohama A539 - just as bad.
Dunlop W10 - superb tyre but they don't make it any more :cry:

Currently have BF Goodridge g-Force Sport - quite good, have done about 20 000 kms and three tarmac rallies on them and they are probably half worn out. Quiet, very good dry grip (for a road tyre) and not bad in the wet (but they are starting to get slippery now). Paid only $150 each for 195/60/15 including fitting & balancing.

I got some of the new Falken RT615's for $290 a corner in 17" from Tempe
I've only had them on there a month or so but the grip from these tyres in incredible. They're basically a pseudo R comp so I'm hoping for 10k+ out of them but that remains to be seen. Very good value tyres in my opinion.

I was looking at picking up a set of those in 225/50/16 for some RX7 wheels I'll be running! Havin' a hard time finding them though :?
