Buy a house if you have the cashola Troy as just sold my joint here in Perth and made a decent profit and now am building 2 houses over here. Why did i ever waste 40k on cars when i couldve had my future sorted and have a EVO8 - EVO9 in my drive way now

i'm looking at getting an investment place soon.. i could spend 20k on a car but it's just a waste (especially when getting a house is that much harder to do nowadays)

have a bigger deposit, meaning smaller repayments, meaning more money for cars later

Why yes iv been considering selling the VR4 just so i can buy a house (not to live in), But it just seams so hard to find a place to live to keep a nice car safe here

But cars is my life, with out it who am i ?
Previously they have provided me my life as such (Friends / things to do / etc) im still wondering if thats possible in such a big city but

Id prefer to keep it, if i can find somewhere to rent where its safe. Buy my first house in 6mths after saving the deposit (no i wont be living in that house but)
