I have a complete vr4 intercooler kit for sale. Comes with;

Intercooler.
# 600x 300 x 75 mm bar and plate. Has a bent bottom bar but its only crushed the cooling fins and not that air channel. I pressure tested it tonight to 25psi, no leaks. From the chains of a tow truck on the car before, so hasn't been hit.

Piping.
# Tig welded. I love the neat welds. Polished stainless steel. Cost the bloke i bought it off some crazy amount.
# 2 inch hot side that flares out to 2.5 inch on the small strait before the intercooler.
# 2.5 inch cold side.
# All silicone and clamps.
You can see some dirt on it in the pics, it came off with some metho later on. They really shine.

Intake.
# K&N pod filter.
# A custom 3 inch intake that reduces down to connect to a 16g /14b housing. Mostly suitable if you not running an afm but its there anyway.


TB elbow replacement.
# bolt on replacement for the restrictive throttle body elbow. Has a stock flange with a 2.5 inch strait sectiont to clamp the rest of the kit up to. Really nice welds.

Came off a turbo'd Galant gsr i have test fitted it to my vr4. All fits fine just need a slight mod to the hotside as described below.

To follow the stock route down beside the radiator, the pipe over the exhaust manifold will need to be cut shorter and joined again with silicone.

Or, follow the same route it did on the Galant Gsr and move the radiator overflow bottle, as it gets in the way. Ive seen the radiator overflow bottle on another car relocated in front of the passenger side wheel arch where the abs unit sits using another cars bottle with a snout that sticks up for filling.

Chasing $650 posted within Australia.
Ive gone another route with another kit and didnt want to hack this one up so rather sell it complete.
