As the title states I have a vr4 engine i need gone. It has just been removed today from my car and is located at springy motors. Short block ie no manifolds. will get pic up asap or give me a call to have a look. Not looking for much. $500 or give me your best offer or may swap for whatever. I have no use for this and dont want it hanging around gathering dust for years at my place. Pick up from Springy motors, VIC

Well it was the same across the board 140 from memory but I have not checked it since I stopped driving it. All I can say is the car drove fine and started first pop everytime but used a lot of oil. like eventually 2 litres a week cruising from rosebud to hallam and back. next to no boost as it would just smoke like crazy out the exhaust. I would have kept driving it until the mechanics were ready in two weeks, but as stated It developed a metallic ticking sound that got louder and louder so i just stopped it. Could still start and drive if i wanted to but it didnt sound good to me.

Im useless with that stuff. Go ebay au and type 'vr4 short' should come up. its got a blue rocker cover.
