I'm guessing you have a rear strut brace, how does it fit in with that?

which way is it facing, magnet toward the boot, or magnet towards the interior?

i used to have my old system just like that dre, honestly though!.. the subs sound much better at the back of the boot... but then u lose storage space..

although i had 2 x 12" subs...

my next setup will be similar to yours, to maintain my boot space in the amg..

but not as hardcore as yours mate..

although ebay, still not a cheap system!..

that sub alone retails for over 1k in stores!

I'm running Focals splits in the front and drivers in the rear. Sound quality is not too bad,but I still miss my Infinity Kappas that I had in my previous ride

Its bloody heavy, but worth it!!

no rear strut brace. magnet is facing the rear.

my car has a nice audio system

KEF splits at the front (I think kef, there are definately splits)
KEF 6inch at the back
KEF crossovers for all 4 speakers

Sony Tape Headunit
Sony 10CD Stacker
Phoenix Gold M50 Amp with an equaliser
10inch sub, I've forgotten brand

Only problem is the headunit backlight isnt working any more. Perhaps a wire became loose otherwise not sure. Also need another amp to power the speakers, no rush for it though.

- Some 800w amp that my friend gave me (Avalanche... nfi must be cheap rip off) under the passenger seat.
- Sony 12" 800w sub in the boot.

Cost about $500, but Foo Fighters, Incubus and my church music sounds great so Im happy

Also, my friend was great with stereo installs and stuff like that so he installed my head unit - super neat and made plugs up for easy disconnect and stuff.
