Sourcing GSR 4G63 conversion parts

Trying to track down the final few parts I need to get the conversion underway.

Would the driveshaft mentioned in this catalogue be the fabled "VR4 Passenger side front driveshaft" I need?

Also, If I have to start ringing around wreckers and they ask "What kind year VR4, I'm not sure what to say, except that they are early 90's?

Do I need to specify manual transmission, or doesn't that matter?

hey bro,
that is not the driveshaft you need, that one in picture is the rear driveshaft e.g from transfer case to rear diff.
you need the left hand passenger side driveshaft it has c.v joint at each end. i am finshing off my conversion my self and used a 1993 l/h driveshaft from vr4 i dont think the year really matters to much just as long as its from 4g63t galant not the later v6 twin turbo ones,
if your gsr has ABS you will need to get driveshaft with chopper wheel for the speed pick up, otherwise i guess you can swap the ends over from your old gsr driveshaft,
