what does everyone think

You can get sparkplugs from any good automotive retailer.

Plugs are BKR5E 0.8 Gap preferred although with a tiny bit more boost i'd tend to go for 6's.

I run BKR7E and 0.65mm gap because of the boost I run and all my other mods.

Also, no need for shmancy pantsy Irridium or long life plugs.
MAKE yourself change the plugs every 5000kms or so, they are not EXPENSIVE!

:) My standard NGK plugs have been in my vr4 for nearly 70 000kms now, they still look like the day I put them in.

i just bought 16 plugs for $20 off repco i thought i should keep them in the shed for when i change them and i bought 10 ryco z142a for something like $5 each. i like baulking up on parts

wtf would you wanna change plugs every 5000km's for? Normal plugs should be changed about every 40 000km's, on a turbo car maybe a bit sooner, but really they dont need to be changed unless they are showing signs of degradation.

Oh and I thought 3zercrowd woulda pointed you here:

Man you should see the cracking and insulation wear after more then 10000kms . Thats why I change them every 5000kms. I also run the 7's too...... Its a HiPo 93T man:p

Jeez man I cant be everywhere at once shelling out thread quotes:p:D

NGK Iridium BKR7EIX which is colder would work just fine with 12psi boost, any higher and you will need a number "8" heat range.
