i just have a question, why do you want to run that sub on 2ohm???,

these subs are made for a very clear sound quality and if you gonna run it on 2ohm it will run louder but not as clear.

in my opinion just run your amp on 4ohm, and these subs are good already or if you really want it to be louder invest in a bigger 4ohm amp.
lol, thats not true :)
this is a top quality sub, and can handle the higher impedence, therefore clarity isnt much of an issue.
plus this sub can only run at either 2 ohm or 8 ohm....

Sub is just Bass, I dont think that much clarity comes into it,
What sorta box do you have it in Dre? That can make a differece to how good/loud it will go..

There is alot more to it than that, the impedance affects the damping factor of the amp as well. Yes, box tuning makes a huge difference as well.

If box is incorrect size, ports incorrect diameter/length. Will make a HUGE difference. At low wattage, might sound great because there is a huge amount of rumble.. but, start putting power and moving some serious air.. and it becomes sloppy and could run your sub into problems like poling, distortion etc..

But, if all is good, just tune the sub/amp and see what it sounds like..

good luck.
