Spoiler repair needed ASAP

Have just recieved a Coltspeed bumper spoiler that needs repair and need a good fibre glasser in or near Brisbane to repair it ASAP Any help /advise as to where to have this done appreciated.

Whats wrong with it and when do you need it done

Have just recieved it and has damage on bottom lip and would like to block off/fill in the 2 holes either side of the main/centre opening. If you Google Coltspeed starion spoilers you will get a better idea .I am in the western suburbs if you want to check it out . Need it fixed asap
