spotted a white legnum with japanese plates still on springvale/springfield rd, friday 9th november in white 
also spotted white gsr sat night coming out of shell at 3.50am.

Okay I spot these two all the time, might be someone here.
Burgundy VR4, plates are SIMOS1, or something similar. Spotted Batesford Rd, Chadstone this morning parked outside Holmesglen. And a burgundy Galant SE with plates VR0400. I spot this guy all the time, I see him at least once a week on my way to work, around my work, and even parked in the half hour zone at Caulfield station when I was doing some banking down there. Want to ask this guy what's up with those plates on an SE.

yeah, a guy at my work has a riced up kitted lancer, number plate "NV EVO"... its disgusting. ralliart stickers everywhere, a massive canon exhaust that just sounds like death.. and a wrx bonnet scoop... has no sense of proprietary.

about 1:30am at across from noble maccas
white evo 6 TME RIGHT after that going down princess hwy, cruised next to him for a while
Red CC gsr goin through springy junction (custom plates didnt see what they where though) with a large wastegate/BOV
Blue Evo 6 at Shell on corner of warrigul and princess
