Hey guys

Any opinions on this?
I'm thinking of getting one for a daily driver and a dori dori car...

Second choice is the mighty boy... hard to find though (only daily driver, no dori dori)

how are they in strength? performance? parts?

thanks guys

Get the mighty boy, drop the turbo motor in it (google will tell you which one works)
They go like a batoutofhell then  (Was a drag one in Darwin - complete with ladder bars  )

Finding a rear LSD is hell.

Finding a set of coilovers is also hell.

They need a twincam or vr4 motor to really drift.

They're IMPOSSIBLE to find body panels for. You don't really want to smash one into a wall.

i owned a mighty boy sold it to my mates pop.. must say 4l/100 km is crazy.. good little buzz boxes. HARD to find.. and even harder to get somone to sell them.. i made some ridiculous cash offers to some ppl and they still wouldnt sell them... even though they werent for sale in the first place.... they have shitloads of potential although...

the f6a twin cam turbo motor fits in and so do 1L turbo charade motors like zeeks...

but for that.. there is a whole heap of shit needed to be customised/engineered.. like custom engine mounts modified bell housing.. grafting the cradle.. scracth wire job etc.... lots of work probally 5 k ontop of motor cost... i was gonna do it but dont have the resources in my town...

get an f6a front cut and the factory alto 12k tacho dash fits in.. and the aircon will work... and the motor could punch out 60kw atw with a bit of work... 60kw@fw/400kg... lol do the p/w maths

lucky your in melbourne theres places there that can do the conversion

THEY ARE AN AWESOME DAILY DRIVER if thats what your after u can forget what i posted above lol...

I've always had a soft spot for mighty boys... awesome little cars, great for wiping the sneering faces off of HSV owners, too.
