Stock Air box with high flow filter vs Cone/Dome Filter

Guys,

I have been using stock air box with K&N high flow filter for a year
Now think of changing to Cone/Dome shape filter after better performance

Will that do a notable difference if I do 15psi of boost with enlarged throttle body and stock TD04 HL turbo?

I went from stock airbox with k&n panel like yourself, to a pod filter. Not going to say it transformed the thing, but definite increase in power, better top end for sure. And the induction sound rules, esp with my stainless intake

Now I decide to change for a cone filter

Apexi Dual Funnel IF you can find a genuine one still. I have always had great success.

Problem with the Mushroom filter is if the core starts to break down you can see it " breathe " in and out ! especially those cheaper ones and the fakes.

Also make sure you make a proper sheild for it too. No use just have a pod filter sitting in the engine bay, you really need to sheild it off from the heat around too.

i have a genuine apexi dual funnel filter and intake setup on mine and it sounds amazing, also got 4awkw increase from adding it on

Sounds cool but only I got a new problem that few power transferred to my back wheels..
