- Rebuilt by Glen Munro Turbochargers and has done less than 10000kms
on my rebuilt engine
- Ported Exhaust housing - housing made by Precision Turbo - TD05/06
- Direct bolt-on to 4G63 standard manifold with minor intercooler piping
modifications
- Turbo has been Hi-flowed with Garrett T66 compressor wheel
- New standard 60mm Precision Turbo exhaust wheel
- 360 Degree thrust bearing
- Internal wastegate 12psi diaphram actuator- wastegate ported when rebuilt
- 0.60 Compressor A.R T04 compressor housing
- 0.60 Exhaust A.R TD05/06 exhaust housing
- Oil cooled only. Also this turbo is NOT of the ballbearing type
- Comes with custom oil supply hose and oil return fitting&hose
- $900 will get you a great upgrade for your 4G63 without the need for a
custom exhaust manifold

Can supply standard evo 1/2/3 exhaust manifold if required $100

I have decided to take standard head apart to upgrade and chase big numbers so a much larger turbo will be required. Turbo still on car, can see it running otherwise it will be removed in a week.

I am located in Brisbane and can be contacted or sms'd on 0422 865 072
I will try to reply to any questions posted on here as soon as practical

do you know what its rated at?

do you know if you can clock the compressor housing so the outlet points upwards, and still retain the internal wastegate?

you can't clock it upwards and keep the internal wastegate actuator where it is... i tried it with mine.

turn the housing around, and get somone to make new mounts for the Waste gate, and tig it on!

the actuator is bolted on through the bolts that hold the compressor housing to the rest of the turbo.

when you get it facing upwards, the outlet hits the actuator.

turbs

hey guys, i do not know the clearances if the compressor housing is turned so outlet is facing up, I just give the car to the workshop that I use... this turbo was on a vr4 galant, bought it off him and got it rebuilt and put on my evo 1, actuator is bolted to compressor housing. i will get a picture of the oil supply hose and post it when I finish work tonight. apparently these turbos are rated at 600hp but I dont believe this to be true, more like 400-450hp.
