Tach wire for remote ignition

Hi All,

I am wiring in a remote ignition. For its control module to ensure it doesn't attempt to start the car while it is already running it looks for a "2-5V ac signal" preferably the tacho signal.

Does anyone know exactly where the best place to tap it is?
(bonus points for extra clear info that a autotech noob could follow :wink: )

i've got it all on paper,
best place to get it is off the ecu / mpi relay.

it is PIN NUMBER

109 Ignition pulse detect (tach)

off the smallest plug off the ecu

it is basically right next to the wire that is under the orange one.. on the end
