Start-up / Run-in tune is being done early next week!
 
Will did the Plennum and Rocker Cover for me. He's pretty good at painting it all. I'd personally just get him to do it if it were me. He's good.
 
Breather Tank is as you see it. I don't think Will would have suggested I run that setup if it was going to be an issue. Though I'm curious about the vacuum / sump / boost issue you're talking about.

Under boost you will see positive pressure in the sump. Jack from Jacks Transmissions fitted a boost gauge line to his oil cap and registered 4psi of boost inside the engine in 3rd gear. This is when the inside of the engine should have been in vacuum.

In short, you really want to have a state of vacuum in your sump when you are in boost as it aids in pulling down on the rings and helping them to seal better against the bore.
 
What kind of clutch are you going to use?

Was there any particular reason why you went for a motec over something like an ECMlink?

I have KRANK VENTS fitted to my stroker and it seems to work ok
 
It's running as you would have seen from the video :p

Beside that, we have a slight misfire issue we're trying to iron out. I think it's a terminal on the battery however we'll figure it.

Runs great besides the small issue which has come through, but I've sent the log files off to Rob Novak who tuned the car and we will see what he says!
