Under boost you will see positive pressure in the sump. Jack from Jacks Transmissions fitted a boost gauge line to his oil cap and registered 4psi of boost inside the engine in 3rd gear. This is when the inside of the engine should have been in vacuum.

In short, you really want to have a state of vacuum in your sump when you are in boost as it aids in pulling down on the rings and helping them to seal better against the bore.
