As per usual work stops me from going to the drags.. but am pretty keen to have another run out there, ive lined up some new ryms for my car so im lookin forward to seeing what its gonna look like all so!! A big set of 19"x8's so i hope that stops me from tryin to do helis!!! And incase none of you have heard QSS is tryin to organise a track day at the TSVL go kart track so if in anyones interested log onto the site and register your name so they have a ruff idea of numbers that will be interested.. :D
 
well my rims never turned up so ill have to wait till next time im home before i get them fitted!! Dane that link that you put in the previous message is it just a get together?? The events they speak of are they car racing events? :D
 
This being the official t'ville chat thread i thought id add this... i would like to catch up with the rest of the T4G members of the ville.. eg: Rob & Lee, anyway ill try contact you when im in town.. Are any of you going on the QSS to cairns by any chance? :D

Yeah clean from a distance :wink: :lol:

Goes good now with a GT25 turbo on it, small intercooler still though :(

Needs shocks/springs bad too as the tyres are scrubbing(mine never did even with a full car).
 
I'm thinking that the EVO 8 will fetch for way more than $15k, maybe a half-cut you could get for that, I'm thinking around the $25-30k mark.

But in other news.........There is a Aust spec RED EVO VI TME in the car yard down the road from Key Motors.

They are asking $39,990.
VERY Neat car.
It has a Ralli-Art intake, Exhaust, aftermarket intercooler (PWR) and a few other things, maybe a Chip/ECU.
 
Agh, crap! thats when i leave to go on my ski trip for 2 weeks.
& I'm hoping to have a new ECU in the next week or so too.
 
Hey man I've been trying to work out costs for a ski trip in september. Are you going perisher / thredbow or NZ? seems like the costs are the same either way
 
Hey guys dont forget to update your profile in QSS as they now have a database for dragtimes. Once you click submit on your profile the database automatically updates and your drag times will be on the list.
Top tool bar, MORE then dragtimes to see them.

Shame your off to the snow but hey it will be fun!

Im hoping to have more engine work done by that drags too :wink:

Hey Rob, Now is the time to go (Or in a month or 2) if you want good snow, September is at the end of the season.
We are going to perisher/thredbo/smiggins for 2 weeks. Next year will be NZ for sure as it was only just a bit more than what this trip cost us and better cars there too & Heaps of VR4/EVO's there.
