Hope to try a couple of sprint meetings if I can..

I have bought a half rollcage for the Mirage and now looking for a 3" 4 point harness plus maybe even a racesuit as well..

If one can't be fast at least one should look the part... :blink:
 
before u buy a 4 point harness, just check with cams on what sort of racing u want to do because cams requires 5 point harness in some events.

Well, the rollcage for the Mirage showed up today and I ended up buying a 5 point 3" harness.

I might not drive fast but gee, I will look the part... :)

just a reminder for the motorkhana is on at the v8 track on sunday, free to have a look and to go for a ride (not the best for awd, but fun anyway). i will be driving a front wheel drive nissan pulsar along as it keeps going!!!!!!!!!

Ive got the day off tomorrow and ill be around sporadically at home.
Ill be getting ready for my soms 1st Birthday party!:thumbsup: (and work on cars and shit)
 
the first hill climb for the year is on the 28th march 2010. i think i might put the old girl in and have a run up the hill
 
a good day racing at the v8 track, graham came out with his evo, he had a good day, but motorkhanas are not realy for awd's, it was a fantastic venue heaps of shade and 36 entries. there is another one on the 14 -3- 10, i will have to fix the handbrake on the little pulsar before the next one as it just would not lock up the rear wheels, hydrolic one is going in this week.
 
there is a motorkhana on this weekend at the dragstrip. 14.3 10. we lost the v8 track as the council didn't like the black marks on the concrete, what is a motor sport track for if u can't use it?????????????

I wont be there-_-......I have 8-Ball (pool) trial games on sun!
 
took the vr4 up mt stuart today. did ok. 8 out of 21. went from 59 seconds to 55 seconds. personal best. backed the boost off a bit to keep the motor in one peice. tyres worked xlent. there was only one other mitsubishi there today, old school straion. went very quick. i am looking forward to the sprints with a bit more grip, new turbo and injectors. good weekend
