'Tourettes Karaoke'
Oh man.... this is the most fukn funniest thing I've seen in a long time. Its 100% genuine and the guy is using comic relief as a means to deal with his disorder.
I didnt even get to watch half of it when I had to catch my breathe and then fell off my chair. Had to wipe the tears from my eyes and give my cheeks a break from laughing so much!! :lol:

And the last one to top it all off, this one is pretty full on and you can see the seriousness of the tourettes disorder coming out towards the end of the song.
His comic relief aside, this is the hard hitting reality of tourettes. What a c*nt, sh!t f*ck of a torment to have to struggle with everyday.
