Hey guys,
recently i have got my rvr running with a new 2.0l and have noticed that not only is my thermofan really noisy like dry bearings, but it also wont turn off once its activated, it will run until i turn the car off. I believe a faulty thermoswitch is the problem but as for the noisy thermofan, has anyone pulled these apart and see if there are bearings inside etc? or am i up for a new/replacement thermofan?
On a side note, where do you guys get your oxygen sensors, ebay has them listed for $130+ but really dont want to spend that much on a stock o2 sensor. I was mistaken that a 2g dsm/ TEL oxygen sensor would fit but when it turned up it was a 4 wire, rvr's do not have the need for heated oxygen sensors. What cars use the exact same oxygen sensors for us? as rockauto usually stocks lots of parts i need but not for rvr, and they have good prices.
Thanks, Brock
