any ideas? what fuse do they run off of? how do you change the globes?

yes they come on with parkers (well ment to) mine dont either, dont know why yet.

They come on with parkers, and with driving lights switch. They are GREEN and you can't see them during the daylight unless you put your hand over them. They are LED bulbs so they won't blow/burnout. If yours don't work, check the wiring harness that connects to them for a short. They run off your parking lights fuse so I dont' think it'll be a fuse.

Theyre disconnected to pass regency. Check the loom for them (i assume theres one)

Thats weird, cos mine work, and my cars from Adelaide.

One of the clear plastic bits has fallen out on my ones, but thats okay cos theyre coming out when i get a respray.

i've found one end of the plug on each side.. i assume this is right, it seems about the right length), i just cant find the LED end of the plug..
