I know its got the cold start system which is radiator water flowing through it to warm it up quicker.
Cooling system would be a good idea though might have trouble starting up cold. I've removed the cold start and i'll have to crank it twice or so to get it going and wait till it idles as normal.
The coolant is used to allow cold start. When the coolant is cold, it passes through additional air until your engine warms up to a certain temp where the valve then closes and reduces your idle to normal.
