yes they do. but i found the 4cyl ones have the water lines for the wax pallet in a better place to be used on 4g6x engines, not sure if same allies to the 4g9x motors.

and isnt the throttle plate on the wrong side also?

you mean the bit where the cable goes? on the earlier magna ones it sits on the back side. which should be the same as cc gsr. your thinking of the late model 63mm tb's that have them on the other side.
