To remove EGR or not???

Hey guys, almost finished building my evo 7 engine in my TME.
Only have intercooler pipes to be made and put battery in boot.
My aim was to remove all the cluter under bonnet as posible.
-battery, rubber pipes, ugly vacum lines, carbon canister and now the EGR is the only other thing in i hate the look of.
Havent put it back on and am planning on not.
Just wondering what difference would this make and has anyone ever done it?
I know that i wont be able to run the anti lag when i get it tuned but what else???
Any help would be great.

Block it off. Keep the intake charge clean

if your running a standard ecu still I believe it will throw a code if you remove the solenoids.

I have just done this on my mates 7 but he runs an m800 so it doesnt matter to him.

removes lots of clutter and a bit of weight
