TOOK MY SPOILER OFF

took my spoiler off my car last weekend, ( something to do ) let me tell you, that thing isn't just there for show , it made a huge difference to the handling of the car around corners, didnt feel as firm on the road, but in a straight line she goes a bit harder. just need bigger rims now as the 17inch enkie's look to small. anyone know ofany 19inch deep dish rims for an evo 6.5. not having muchluck fitting anything on thanks to the brembos

Dont forget E6's have wide body kits, so I seriously doubt it'd look like an ordinary lancer. There's nothing wrong wuth being original/unique, even if it is at the cost of some downforce over the rear wheels!!!!

I never did understand the obsession with removing the rear wing. It's there for a god damned reason that reason being LAMINAR AIRFLOW.

It happens to also look halfway decent-good.

Driving a 6.5 without the rear wing should be heresy and punishable by stoning. :/ Put the damned thing back on and leave it there.

what can i say, taking th spoiler off is an ol kiwi thing, every one hated it when the boyz back home did it to there evo 1 , 2, 3 ....... now everyone is doing it. ( Dre you know what im talking about :wink: )

ill take some photos and put some up, must say alot of people try and drag me when they behind me cause it looks like a fake, till they get next to be and realize what they fcking wit. :lol:

anyone seen any deep dish rims for the later model evos, cant find shit anywhere.

get me some 19inch deep dish if you can, other wise something 19inch that will fit my car, nothing to flashy or chromy, minimal spokes so the brembos can breathe

as for the spolier issue ,so it affects the handling of the car, im not exactly a rally driver, 99% of my driving is on those damm tram tracks at 20 KMS . every evo out there ( in Aus) looks the same , nothing done but exuasts etc, need something to set my car apart from the rest. thinking of shaving the door handles off too
