Help Support 4GTuner:

Not sure on the shipping costs, but they would need to be complied to be driven on Australian roads, much like any import from Japan. The reason they are so cheap over in NZ is that Japanese imports are VERY common over there as there is no local automotive industry, hence the huge popularity of the performance import in the narrow land to our east.

I was going to bring my facelift cyborg sedan over when I moved here to Australia, but its simply not worth it. There are no roll on roll off ships that sail between here and NZ and vice versa, so you have to put it in a container, which blows the costs out right there.

the reason why NZ is so cheap when it comes to parts etc, is because it used to be the largest imported of japanese cars in the world, and now its russia

After paying for the freight and then for someone to re-trim them, You'd problably be better off getting something like this..

Much more sturdy and newer seats obviously.. You won't get much better than Recaro's..
