Hey guys.

Installed a Turbosmart boost tee on the weekend, and am now looking at tuning the Apexi S-AFC I have... BUT
I'm just not sure how to tune it. I don't have an AF or EGT, so tuning mine will be difficult.
Is there anyone out there with one tuned successfully to an RVR, that can share their settings?

I also have not yet installed a boost gauge, so not sure how much boost I am running :p
Currently just 12 clicks into the + on the boost tee.

With out sounding rude, you have this all backwards.
Not knowing how much boost your running and turning it up from stock is totally silly. Turn it down all the way so you are just running stock wastegate pressure for now, then go buy a boost gauge first!

And you will need a wideband afr kit to tune the afr, dont bother trying with the stock narrowband its not linear where you need it to tune, its only good for saying if you above or below 14.7 for the ecu to cycle afr at cruise, and the ecu will adjust the fuel trims here anyway, so if you o2 sensor is working there is nothing to be gained at cruise.

Dont bother messing around with an an egr, afr is much more usefull,, resposnds quicker and they are cheap nowdays. If you won't first spend less than 300 on a wideband dont try to tune the car untill you do. Or you'll be buying a new motor.

with a decent afr gauge its pretty easy, just takes time.
mind you a decent tuner should take less than an hour on the dyno to tune a safc which should cost less than the afr gauge.

i have a safc in my rvr, its really just there for finer tuning from what mio has already achieved out of my stock ecu, a decent tuner should have yours running good with an hours sesh on the dyno EASY

In sydney maybe IS motor racing. All a SAFC can do is slightly alter the mixtures, but there is still gains to be made.

Wher about in Sydney are you?
I'm in liverpool. If you can drive to liverpool I'll show you a couple of things and may even set you up with custom chip ;)
