Hey guys just after the turbo flange on the 4g63 n 93, what are they and are they the same?

Would it make sence (in respect to lag n space available) to get a t3x manifold with a turbo similar to a t04e?

OR

A t28 manifold with t28 turbo

OR

What else is available as bolt on?

Sorry, still new to gsrs but cheers for the help!

im a bit confused as to what you're trying to ask...

it is sunday and im a bit rooted so maybe that's why, but could you explain your aims a bit better? :)

isn't the 4g93 1.8 offset! like not in the centre of the flange.
We are talking about the flange which the turbo bolts to the manafold aren't we? isn't the flame ring a different size too?

I would say yes the bolt pattern is the same and it would phisically fit but it has been a long time since i had the 4g93 in my car.

I could be wrong? But I think the hole is further to the back.

Hmm Now i'm not quite sure ?

If it were me i would pick a nice new current turbo and fit that flange.

JetGSR <-- I think :?

why would you want to run a peasant vl style t4 turbo with technology from the 80s?

they still make power!!!

you're still running a 1.8 litre motor aren't you?

you may want to look at extremepsi.com and slowboyracing.com and their ranges of bolt-on turbos for mitsubishi's.

i'm running the PTE 50-trim... it doesn't have much more lag than my Evo III 16G with 6cm turbine housing.

if you want to come have a drive/ride to check your opinion, you're more than welcome. send me a pm.

also, you could use a bolt-on td05 upgrade with an 18g or 20g comp wheel which would mean your intercooler pipes wouldn't require much modification, and your oil drain/feed would remain standard, not that it's a big issue to convert the oil drain/feed for a t04 turbo.
