Urgent help needed

I'm in the middle of putting my motor and box back in my Gsr and some how my mate helping me got the long driveshaft stuck under the box when dropping the eng back in the car. He tried to pull the LH disc and hub assembly to dislodge it instead of telling me and seperated the driveshaft from the bearing and the rest of the driveshaft how do I get it back together

You mean he's pulled the CV apart? If the boot is stil on both parts then it should just push back together, if the boot is damaged from pulling them apart you'll need to replace the boot. About $20 or $30 for the boot, grease, and metal "cableties" (not sure what theyre called) then youll need the special tool to tighten them, from supershit auto. Not a hard job, did my fronts by myself fine

I have got it in as far as I can but it looks like it should go in further

I'm talking about where the outer driveshaft meets the bearing carrier on the inner driveshaft which bolts to the block

Is it the CV joint or pulled from the hanger that bolts to back of block?

It should slide back in. Maybe a gentle tap needed

it will have circlip...so will need a whack to go over that
