Yes sorry, It was my mistake. Just spoke to vicroads. It applies to the driver of the vehicle as its on my licence. If the buyer wants the same exemption, they would need to apply before the purchase. I hope this clears everything up, and lets focus on finding a buyer now

I wouldn’t take a lowball price below 7K for that mate.
Its a minter and you just need for the right buyer to come along that is aware of what a vr4 is and its potential.
Take the brand preference out of the equation and they absolutely shit over an older wrx in terms of reliability and strength in the motor and driveline, yet not many people know about them!
