i want to make an airbox for my VR4 , the battery is now in the boot

can people post up some pics of the different types of airbox setups they have

it would also be greatly appreciated if someone had some measurements & detailed pics

Thanks
Paul

I'm going with a sheet from the radiator to the strut tower, and another for a lid, sealing off that whole area, much simpler than making a complete box.

Air will be ducted up from the hole where the stock spotlight was, and through the headlight hole when racing.

put an 055 or 609 AFM on it off a magna or evo and you can put a better and bigger filter on it

so where do you guys pipe the air from in the bar

the J spec bar only has a small vent hole in it :?

Mine just come trough the headlight + the bung in that area is removed to allow air from under it to be sucked in

Troy.

How are those bolts and nuts anchored to the lid?(underneath i mean)
You cant put a spanner underneath to hold the bolt in place so it doesnt spin around while the lids on. See my point?

Got a picture of the box with the lid open/off?

Im in the process of making a box now and im putting a lid on it and I need to know
