got bored today cause of this stupid melb weather so decided to work on the Lant. had VR4 brakes (twin pot, Thanks Enteran) lying around so i put them on,
VR4 brakes are alot bigger then GGSR ones

...... good upgrade for those still using single pot cali's...

I did the same swap on my vr4 (came with singles and 255mm discs), the disc sheild thing needs trimming so it doesn't hit the disc, other wise it's a simple case of unbolting the calipers, removing the discs then fitting the new discs and calipers, followed by bleeding the brakes.

As simple as changing the pads.

I used the pads which came with the new calipers and they turned out to be complete rubbish (especially compared to the Akebono AN pads I previously had - never got them to fade at all).
Now that i've fitted some decent Mintex pads though, their much better.

Bigger discs fill out your wheels better too

yer took me less then an hour to Fit, bleed and test very thing. nothing to mod just change the cali and disc, the hosses all fit same way. braking increased like hell! stop your foot and it will throw you forward more then the single pot will. will be upgrading to RDA Slotted rotors soon maybe all 4 corners soo should shrow me into my steering wheel if i'm not carefull...lol....
