vr4 flywheel bolts

hey guys, im trying to find the flywheel bolt torque specs for the vr4

flywheel to crank bolt specs are:
98 ft lbs from memory.. with loctite.
140 nm?

... and make sure you use LOCTITE!!! Too many bodgy bastards dont :lol:

I had the same thing happen to me recently, there was no loctite used, and one of the bolts wasn't the right one, plus there was some sort of bearing from the auto box that was on the motor left on the crank, which made the flywheel bolts not go all the way in!


was lucky I didnt loose my leg!!

yes it was. thats not the reason why it failed on the drag day though, but im fairly sure the fact that the pedal was grabbing so close to the floor and my driving style didnt help either.

I'll let you know what the issue is, when I find out out

Already done one twin plate with it :wink:

We had to trash the gearbox for it though......well it was rooted anyway :lol:
